The reflection and the main idea relating to the design of the project are based on a layout that relies essentially on the layout and juxtaposition of the various functions and to provide a pleasant framework for users and visitors.
Our project is essentially based on the articulation of the different functions around an integrated atrium that connects the different parts of the building providing a micro-climate and various atmospheres inside the building, the atrium has a Retractable roof that occasionally open in summer to renew the air and avoid overheating and the greenhouse effect.
The choice of the orientation of the main entry directed towards the south is made to make benefit this space of the penetration of the sun in winter.
The penetration of the sun in summer is broken by the introduction of horizontal brise soleil provided along the curtain wall.
This facade is treated to reduce the sun's rays by the introduction of the adjustable vertical brise soleil
